About the Saint Lucia Education Innovation Lab

The Saint Lucia Education Innovation Lab (SLEIL) is an initiative that began in 2021 and is designed to support innovation in the education system by putting teachers in control of the solutions to issues in education. We appreciate that teachers have the most experience with the teaching-learning process as they interact with students, other teachers, principals and even parents daily. We know that teachers have great ideas for improving the teaching learning experience; thus, it is fitting that they are in the driver’s seat of innovations.
